Bigg Boss 8 Finale: Which contestants might make it to the Finale of Bigg Boss Halla Bol?

Bigg Boss 8 is reaching to an end but unlike other seasons, there won't be a winner crowned at the end of the season. Instead, the channel and the makers have decided to bring in an innovative twist in the form of a spin off series- BIG BOSS Halla Bol. The new series will have a mix of the Big Boss 8 contestants and the former Bigg Boss contestants coming together for a 4 week long journey to the coveted trophy.

 

 After Upen Patel was evicted two night back, the house is left with seven inmates, out of which two will definitely be evicted this week. The top 5 will be crowned this weekend by host Salman Khan who is also parting ways with the show as he would be busy shooting for his next- Kabir Khan's Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Farah Khan is all set to take his place and will anchor the Halla Bol series.

Here's a possible prediction of how things might shape up for the housemates inside this weekend.

Karishma Tanna:

Why she will be in top 5: She's alone after Upen was evicted and everyone in the house is against her. Dimpy although is trying to stick around with the leggy actress, there's no concrete foundation to their friendship. And when you're alone in the house, you get the sympathy. And given that Karishma has always taken up arguments and fights, we doubt if the channel would evict her this week!

Why she might not make it: History has it that viewers have hated Karishma for her dominating attitude and self centred nature. She has in the past been criticised for her over-reactions. Point in case: Salman's joke one her and Pritam's relationship!

Dimpy Mahajan:

Why she will be in top 5: She is loud, she is dramatic and she is muhfat- the perfect ingredients that any Bigg Boss contestant should have. An ideal contender for the top spot, it is almost a guarantee that Dimpy will stay in the house. Why? Come on, don't be silly! With Rahul Mahajan entering the house as a Challenger, there would be no spice to the show without his estranged wife Dimpy around. And if she is evicted, God bless the TRPs! 

Why she might not make it: Some do find her to be unnecessarily loud and irritating. So if people don't vote for her, there's a chance, although a very slight one that she might be shown the door!

Gautam Gulati:

Why he will be in top 5: Because he has been one of the most loved and entertaining housemates of the season. A close source also revealed that it's Gautam who clearly topples everyone else when it comes to votes and it's a surety that GG will be in top 5, given his strong fan following. 

Why he might not make it: There's no possible reason he can't make it. He is a sure shot Champion.

Ali Quli Mirza:

Why he will be in top 5: He provides the much needed zing to the show. If GG is loved, Ali keeps the audience entertained with his histrionics. And given his Narad Muni avatar, he will make room for more tiffs and brawls. And Bigg Boss definitely needs that now to up their ratings!

Why he might not make it: He's mellowed down a bit in the past one week. There's hardly anything happening and who knows, his eviction might come as a shocker. After all, Bigg Boss loves to shock!

RJ Pritam Singh:

Why he will be in top 5: He has his bhabis rooting for him. He's rather a non-celebrity among celebrities and he's survived so long. Clearly the underdog in the game and it seems this dark horse will manage further run on the show.
Why he might not make it: He is not as popular or known as few other contestants. So the only reason Pritam can go out is because of low votes.

 Bigg Boss take the Fabulous Five of season 8 down the memory lane!

The fabulous five of Bigg Boss season 8 were still reminiscing about their stay in the house for such a long time, when Bigg Boss thought of giving them a special surprise. A treat to our top finalists who made it till here!

All the housemates were called inside the activity room, which looked no less than a theatre hall; full of darkness with one television LED placed at the centre. Initially, they all felt excited that may be Bigg Boss had a change of mind and would show them some nice movie, but then it was immediately announced that the special bonds that were formed during the season were much more than the game.  And then began the super journey of Bigg Boss 8 contestants, atarting with Gautam-Diandra, followed by Upma and Dimpy-Rahul!! The videos were so beautifully made that  Dimpy started sobbing immediately. Once the screening was over, Pritam and Ali felt left out and complained to Bigg Boss saying, "Humne kya kiya hai" Ali even told funnily that just because the duo didn't have any love angle their stories weren't shown.

But Bigg Boss thinks 10 steops ahead of us all.  Later during the day housemates were called once again and shown some special highlights of all five of them! Finally, that brought smiles on Pritam and Ali's faces.

Gautam Gulati declared as the winner of 'Big Boss 8' ?

 

 Bigg Boss Halla Bol is nearing its end, and the season has gone through several twists and turns. While the audience is waited with bated breath to know who among Karishma Tanna, Gautam Gulati, Pritam Singh, Sambhavna Seth, Ali Quli Mirza and Dimpy Mahajan will win the season, the fans of Gautam Gulati have already declared him as the winner.

 The hashtag #GautamToWinBiggBoss has been trending on Twitter of late. Ex-contestant Vindu Dara Singh also tweeted in favour of Gautam, "GG knows d Golden rules: ADMIT a Mistake LEARN frm the Mistake NEVER repeat a Mistake These R d attributes of a Winner #GautamToWinBiggBoss." [sic] A report on Bollywoodlife.com stated that evicted contestant Mahek Chahal admitted to be caught up with the Gautam fever as well. She said in the interview that she has been receiving over hundred messages for Gautam, so she thinks the whole world knows how genuine he is to win the show.

 

 Gautam Gulati has all the necessary elements to be the winner of a show like this. He is dramatic, energetic and entertaining. His antics have reportedly always proved to be beneficial for the show, fetching it the much-needed TRPs. Whether it was his aggressive outburst in the 'Hijack' task where he hurled abuses at Karishma Tanna or his emotional, heartfelt confessions in front of the camera, his behaviour has helped him and the show garner a lot of attention outside the house

Gautam Gulati has a massive fan following. The audience love him to the core, a proof of which is the fact that he has survived as many evictions as he has. Pages are dedicated to him on social-networking sites and he has numerous followers there who seem to be ardent fans of the actor. He has been trending on the internet for quite some time now. After the heated argument with Karishma Tanna, Gautam Gulati faced a hard time during the week's nominations. He made it to hit list of almost all the contestants that week and was also nominated time and again by his fellow contestants for his alleged bad behaviour. But being the warrior that he is, Gautam survived all the nominations. Though he was hated by the inmates, the votes cast in his favour prove the fact that he is loved by the audience. Since Gautam has already survived as many nominations as he has, we don't see why the actor cannot make it till the end and even snatch the title.

Gautam Gulati seems to be the complete package. He has the requisite 'X factor' which appeals to the audience. The actor is also conscious about his appearance on the show and often flaunts his sculpted physique. He is one of the good looking men on the show and seems to have all the makings of a winner. But apart from his hotness, Gautam Gulati has a prefect attitude to match his persona. We can clearly make out that he wants to be in the game but not on the basis of sympathy votes and this is perhaps what works for him. His 'X' factor can take him long way.

Rahul Mahajan evicted from 'Big Boss 8'

Rahul Mahajan, known for his funny dance and his antics to make everyone laugh, is the latest one to be eliminated from TV reality show “Bigg Boss Halla Bol” series.

 
Rahul, who was one of the most entertaining contestants of “Bigg Boss 2″, was nominated along with Sambhavna Seth, Dimpy and Ali Quli Mirza.

The episode will beam Sunday night.

Though Rahul entered the show with the same enthusiasm, he lost zeal in the middle of the show and was seen laying low inside the house.

Rahul’s journey in the house saw lots of ups and downs, but one of the major highlights was Karishma Tanna’s accusation of him flirting with her.

Another reason his entry caught attention was due to the presence of his estranged wife Dimpy as a contestant.

However, despite being separated, the two showed their strong bond of friendship during his stint in the show.

“Bigg Boss Halla Bol” series started with five challengers from past seasons of the show, competing with five “champions” from the eighth edition of “Bigg Boss”. The new series of the Colors show is hosted by filmmaker Farah Khan.

Actress Mahek Chahal, who was also one of the challengers, was voted out in a mid-week eviction from the reality show Thursday. She was nominated along with Dimpy, Karishma and Pritam Singh.

After Rahul’s eviction, the five “Bigg Boss 8″ champions – Karishma, Gautam Gulati, Pritam, Dimpy and Ali; and out of the challengers Sambhavna will fight it out for the winner’s spot.

The finale of the show will take place Jan 31.

What was your reaction when Gautam said he wanted to be a part of Bigg Boss?
I don't interfere in his career choices. I used to never watch Bigg Boss because there would be a lot of fights in the show and that would affect my blood pressure. However, since Gautam became a part of the show I have been watching it.

 

In real life is Gautam the way he appears on the show - short-tempered, loud, foul-mouthed?
No. He is a very sweet natured and calm boy. I have never heard him back answer anybody. He is not fussy about food either, eats whatever I serve him. I am seeing a different Gautam in the show. Shayad game ke liye he must be behaving the way he is.

Gautam is seen flaunting his body in the show. Was he always a gym freak?
Yes, Gautam loves dancing and working out in the gym. And he has had abs since he was 17 years. It's natural. He has learned dancing from Shiamak Davar, who just loves him. Once when he had performed Badtameez dil at an event, Shiamak had appreciated him a lot.

 

What is your take on his relationship with Diandra Soares. Did you see the episode where they shared a liplock?
I did not see the episode because my elder son (Mohit) had hinted that this would be shown. I don't know what is happening. Diandra is much older to him. I don't feel right about it.

Does he have a girlfriend?
In the seven years that he has stayed in Mumbai he has never told me about anyone. He has only made one sister who has a child and she has come home too. In school, he had made about 20 sisters and when they would come during festivals he would hide saying 'Mummy will have to buy so many gifts!'

Karishma Tanna's former Boyfriend tells Upen you can have her !

Bigg Boss 8 Halla Bol contestant Upen Patel is in limelight since he has re entered the house.

As soon as Upen entered the house he expressed his feelings for Karishma Tanna. Days ago Upen proposed Karishma Tanna on national television saying that he is in love with her. Karishma accepted his proposal by saying that she will look forward on this relationship, once they are out of house.

On this, Karishma’s boyfriend Rushabh Choksi reacted very calmly. He said, “I have nothing to say. Karishma and I are very good friends and nothing more.”

But the heart broken couldn’t stay quiet for long. Rushabh Choksi took his frustration out by tweeting about Karishma Tanna on social website.

 It’s no secret that Upen Patel was smitten by Karishma Tanna ever since he entered the Bigg Boss 8 house.

 He recently expressed his feelings for her on national television and Karishma readily accepted his proposal, saying that she is looking forward to the relationship as soon as they leave the controversial house. 

In the meantime, Karishma’s heartbroken boyfriend Rushabh Choksi posted a series of tweets about the actress, ranting his frustration.

 He even goes as far as to call Karishma’s actions ‘disgusting’ and tells Upen Patel that he can have her, while he will get a better on.
